Please note that at most Starwood hotels, guests 17 and under are considered children. All other guests are considered adults. You will be told of any hotel-specific differences in this policy on the following page.

Thank you for selecting our meeting/event planner online "Request for Proposal" tool. This feature will allow you to provide us with all the necessary preliminary event information on a single form which is then sent directly to the on-property specialists.
In addition to expediting the booking process, this tool will also allow us to help you with enrollment into the Starwood Preferred Planner program. This program provides meeting planners with recognition and rewards for selecting Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide for any size event.
